The flats are located in a "chalet" with several flats, including the owner's flat, on a 1.5 square miles piece of land.
The house is located on the ski slopes of the Rochebrune area which is directly linked to all the other ski areas the MEGEVE & SAINT-GERVAIS resort . The ski lifts are just in front of entrance door, less than 50 meters from the house.
The village and main shops are less than 1 mile away.
Bus/coach station, medical centre at about 1.5 km.
During high season : free bus shuttles just 100 meters from the house.
Supermarkets are located at the entrance of the village, at about 2 km.
All flats feature a central heating system. .
There are no facilities for disabled people.
